Dandenong Market will be kicking off all things Christmas on Sunday December 1 with a spectacular Christmas Market!

Craving some fresh pastries and a bit of local flair? Look no further than the Heathmont Farmers Market, an Eastside favourite that pops up on the 4th Sunday of each month. This bustling little market will get any foodie’s tick of approval featuring everything from fresh fruits and veggies to hot coffee, hotter jam doughnuts and and plenty more.
If you grew up in the East then you are no stranger to Caribbean Market! Bringing back all sorts of nostalgia Caribbean Gardens is open for market days again.
Who can resist a freshly made hot doughnut (or four)? The Boroondara Farmers Market is a charming little collection of produce stalls; from local fruit and veg, to crusty bread and farm-fresh eggs.
Held every Sunday at the local primary school, Mulgrave Farmers Market is so packed full of locally produced fruit and veg, eggs, meat and baked goods that you could easily knock out half of your weekly supermarket shop here. After a short hiatus and a new location, Ringwood East Market is back Mamma’s. The market is now held at Knaith Road Reserve just down the road and continues to have great community vibes and now also has a playground in the middle.
If you are keen on taking a trip up some windy roads into the dusty bush of St Andrews, there is a famous bush market that runs EVERY Saturday morning.
Abbotsford Farmers Market is set in the surrounds of the stunning Abbotsford Convent and depending on the week, you’ll find things like cheese, fresh breads, flavoured oils, handmade pasta, flowers, home made jams and honey and even wine.
