We love a chance to celebrate different cultures and cuisines - and so does the Dandenong Market.

This September we will be joining in on the fun celebrating the deliciousness of Latin America! From the vibrant streets of Mexico, to the bustling streets of Brazil, Chile and Peru. Lining up with the Independence Day celebrations of many Latin American nations, Fiestas Patrias is set to be the party of the year! On Sunday 15 September, communities will come together at Dandenong Market to experience the vibrancy and diversity of the Latin Americas.

From the spicy, zingy, and sweet flavours of Chilian cuisine to the hearty, smoky offerings of Mexican food, Fiestas Patrias is first and foremost about this community’s spectacular food! Some of Melbourne’s biggest food trucks will line the Terrace, ready to serve up flavours that are big, bold, and welcoming.

Add this with good music and dance moves and workshops, it is set to be a day full of fun!
