You couldn't get a more secret garden if you tried! Literally tucked in behind the Montrose set of shops, there is a garden - The Peoples Garden. This little slice of beauty is incredibly rare to find and a perfect quiet spot for a picnic or a stroll through with your crew. Mamma knew nothing about these indigenous gardens but with a bit more digging discovered the gardens were once owned by Kevin and Jill Heinze, and had once featured in a gardening TV program on the ABC. Who knew there was a great part of history in our corner of the east!
