We are so lucky to have great little pockets of forests to explore. The Jehosaphat Gully is found as you take the Healesville-Kinglake Rd up toward Kinglake. The family friendly trail is the Stuart Judd Track, which is around 1km in length and goes in a loop into the bush and back to the picnic ground. It is a nice easy walk (although too narrow for a pram) through this Mountain Ash forest. On your walk, keep an eye out for some giant trunks, a little creek to cross, plenty of bird songs to keep you company and lots and lots of cool leaves.

Mamma’s Special Mention: There are toilets and BBQ facilities at the picnic grounds, so you can bring your lunch (and take home your rubbish with you) OR you can head up into Kinglake and visit the Pub for lunch!
