You might find it difficult to find a library that has wallpaper more beautiful or more Aussie than Camberwell Library. Finders street station, koalas and the number 75 tram plus all the favourite nursery rhyme characters. You could say Mamma is a fan and there is plenty more to love. The children's section has a nice nook around a corner so you don't feel like you have to contain a toddler to a whisper. Then of course there is the huge selection of picture story books and great comfy furniture. Add in a cafe next door and courtyard with outdoor games - Confucius say - perfect!
Mamma's special mention: Monday! Monday is the day to make your trip here for an 11am storytime. Most suited to 2.5 to 5 years of age.
There are special dates for Sing Baby Sing (babies up to 12 months) and Tinytots (12 months - 2.5 years) Sessions.
