electra reserve playground, ashwood
/Mamma presents to you, a hidden delight. Yes, it is in High Street Road. Yes, you can only see parts from the road. However, without getting out of the car, you wouldn’t realise it is a 3-for-1 treat!
The reserve has three designated play zones. The first, a toddler area with a hillside red slide, beautiful leafy elm tree and an expression swing (toddler sits on one side, parent sits on the other). Up closer to the fence and the community centre, is a ropes course - ideal for improving your ninja skills. And finally, the main play zone with big playing structure, green slides, a whizzy dizzy and fireman’s pole.
This is a real good one for a range of different age groups. The big kids might even want to bring a basketball and shoot some hoops!
Mamma’s special mention: Mamma loves coffee and for some good stuff nearby, go and hunt out Hide and Seek!
