Little kids start celebrating. The toddler pool at Olinda Community Pool is awesome, so bring on SUMMER! Using space around the original junior pool, an exciting water play space has been created in this corner of the centre.
The standout feature has to be the water slide with its stunning wooden tower. Mamma’s 2 year old needs a little support climbing the ladder but he loves it just the same. Then, with the push of the button, the water fountains kick into gear and let the splashing begin. There are a range of jets - some more intense than others - but once the kids run through a couple, they will wanna try them all out.
To the left of the pool, there is a more with a nature play zone, with a water pump, creating rivers of water and slowly flowing bubblers - great for the smallest kids. After you have had time to splash there is the lap pool for the bigger kids and once the sunshine comes out will be teaming with families.
Mamma's special mention: The entire area of Olinda is undergoing exciting development including the most wonderful Olinda Playscape right next door.
