Ever feel like you just want to HURL an axe at a wall sometimes? No me neither, but wow it’s FUN!
Bring out your inner warrior at Maniax where you can learn to throw like an axe murderer…or PRO! So, first up, get your safety briefing of course, and some tips on how to throw. You get your own cage too, so you can keep throwing until you nail it. We were there for over an hour and didn’t get bored - it’s fun and satisfying when you hear that strong FLONK as the axe grips onto the wooden backboard (and hopefully it’s in the bullseye). It hard enough to be proud when you get it right, but easy enough to actually get it right.
After your session grab a drink or a pizza and hang out because its a really cool space!
They do events here as well where you can compete with your mates and bury the old hatchet!
There are two 2 hour sessions - 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm. You need to prebook your FREE entry to one of these times for every person attending. You can then purchase your individual tickets at the park. The track is now longer BUT remember to only wear closed toe shoes.
Mamma's special mention: There is a simple playground next door if you want a break between rides OR in the Summer months, you could head next door to the Kilsyth Pool for a dip under the "dome".
