boronia radio control car club, boronia

Start your battery powered engines! The Boronia Radio Control Car Club is your next racing spot for your remote control collection. Located on the corner of Park Cresent and Dorset Road, it is likely you have driven past it many times before. This space is open to the public and is a safe, well contained space that you can test out all your RC moves, without being in anyones way or on the road.

The club uses the track on Wednesday evenings and run some events here on weekends. Otherwise, the space can be used at any other time for battery powered remote control cars.

If you happen to be around on a race day, Mamma recommends spending some time watching the action from the fence. The cars go around SO fast that it becomes difficult to keep track of each vehichle. It’s a good thing that they are painted in the brightest of neon! Oh and if you are lucky, you might see a flip … or two. Community vibes are high on these occasions and it is just as much fun watching the drivers as the cars.
