The Barn Owl Cafe has much more that meets the eye and it is going to be the location of your next catchup with little buddies. Set at the entrance of a blueberry U-pick in Silvan, the shed is a cafe with great family friendly features. But there is more! Blueberries are the number one produce at this farm and you could fill a bucket with these tiny blue treasures. They are a little delicate on the picking scale, but the bushes are at a great hight for picking with kids and with a little coaching, they will quickly realise they have to pick the blue ones … not the unripe green berries. There is an entry fee to pick, but you can taste as much as you wish while collect, just pay by the kg as you leave.
Mamma's special mention: There is plenty on the shelves inside the cafe as well with berries, honey, tea and coffee all for sale too!
