This unsuspecting street playground is a ripper. Not only is it brand new, with two tower structures, lots to climb over, slide down and play on, BUT it also has its own scooter track. You can’t see this little track from the main entrance of the playspace so you might miss it. It really is super simple but us Mammas know that a stretch of concrete is ideal for learning to ride their scooters, test out some moves on the roller blades or even ride your bikes (although it is a little on the skinny side). There isn’t a whole lot else to this play spot - but sometimes these are the BEST. Don’t forget the wheels - and the hats … we forgot both!
Mamma’s special mention: For more scooter tracks close by, you could head to Marie Wallace for the traffic zone (this one has real traffic lights!) or Glen Park.
