balmoral reserve, kilsyth
/Are you ready for another park cute little street park? Well you can't miss this one. It is super bright and super colourful - again tricky to drag a toddler away from. At first glance it appears a pretty simple playground, but on closer inspection there is plenty to explore with a nice and fast slide, monkey bars, shop front selling tanbark pancakes and your standard swing set. Further on you will spot the large birds nest swing and of course, the impressive flying fox, complete with it's own launchpad! There is plenty of space at Balmoral and being tucked in the side streets it is nice and quiet with stacks of green space to run around on. Mamma can imagine epic kick to kick sessions, kids testing out their new bike skills and even a kite being flown majestically with Mount Dandenong views in the background. Just need to pack a thermos and the picture is complete.
Mamma's special mention: Looking for more adventure nearby? Elizabeth Bridge Reserve is within walking distance - another great playground tucked in Kilsyth. Plus another park at Pinks Reserve. Kilsyth is made for playgrounds!
