Mamma’s favourite kind of meditation includes some sunshine, coffee and delicious food. Zen Den has this AND more. This popular cafe is THE place to be in Eltham. The cafe is a hive of activity and you really should book ahead if you want a spot to eat - because every man, and his dog, love to eat here too.

The menu has a fresh mix of flavours and Mamma can’t pass up on the fritters, but has her eye on the fresh poke bowl for next time. If you can’t decide on a dish from the all day breakfast menu, there is always the cabinet full of tucker too.
