Located next to Bright’s fine dining Elm restaurant is its casual “south of the border” sister - The Yard.

Their undercover patio is the main dining area where you will find colourful cushions lining the bench seats and fairy lights sparkling above head. What Mamma appreciates the most is the tub of kids toys and books perfect for keeping little hands busy while the grownups relax.

There is also a courtyard out the back and a great little grassed area out the front lined with beanbags and ideal for people watching while sipping on one of The Yard’s epic cocktails.

Designed for sharing, the South American inspired menu is perfect for eating out with the family. Think DIY tacos, corn ribs, churrasco chicken and aaalllllll of the guacamole and totopos (tortilla chips) your little heart desires. There is also a small kids menu which includes dishes designed for little tastebuds like cheesy quesadillas and chicken and chips.
