Strawberries are a family favourite and there is a NEW berry experience in the Yarra Valley that you and the kids will LOVE!

The Berrybox is a new addition to the Yarra Farm Fresh store in Coldstream. This stand alone treasure, covered in strawberry art - naturally - is open Friday to Sundays during the warmer months. The specialty here is chocolate coated strawberries. The fruit is so fresh, coming straight from the farm itself, and covered in the most delicious and smooth melted chocolate. You’ll make your way through the cup without any problems at all - it’s so yummy!

You can order your strawberries with cream instead OR go for the gelato for another sweet treat. Hot tip - the pistachio is Mamma’s go to, but bring along some wet wipes. Gelato and melted chocolate on a beautiful summers day can make a mess. Trust us!

There are picnic tables on site with some cool umbrellas where you can sit back and watch the berries growing in the fields. Although you can’t pick the berries yourself, eating them covered in chocolate, is the next best thing!

PLUS there is an added bonus of this visit. You can grab your fresh fruit and veg from Yarra Farm Fresh on the same property. There is heaps of local produce here (including the berries) and Mamma’s kids are convinced the apples they sell are the BEST EVER!
