saazaa coffee roasters and espresso bar, ringwood

Mamma’s mission is to hunt out all the gold and treasures to be found in the east and this one is full of incredibly great coffee. Saazaar Coffee Roasters is a hidden cave in the back streets of Ringwood. Follow the train line from near Wayne Richies and you will find this factory space with a huge smiling purple cup of coffee.

At first glance, you’ll notice it’s a handy coffee shop window, with retail beans, pastries (from Croissants by Garon no less!) and some takeaways wraps. With tables out the front, it makes grabbing some food to-go really easy.

HOWEVER, there is more! Head through the front shop and enter the heart of the entire operation. The Saazaa Espresso Bar. Not only does the space smell amazing as it part of the roasting process for the company, but there is plenty of space for meeting up with friends for coffee and a bite to eat. Prams are more than welcome in the space and there are some cosy couches that look great to snuggle in while sipping on a latte!

The menu for food is a one pager - BUT there are 3 full pages for the coffee choices! You are certainly here to get an education on the beans and blends on offer at Saazaa. Mamma is super impressed with the top selection of coffee concoctions and the winter winner has to be the pumpkin spiced latte. Delicious.

Mamma's special mention: Ringwood has a few hidden little play spots including the park right near the Eastlink on-ramps at the bypass. Sherbrook Reserve is cute!
