There is more than just a garden on the top of the Burwood Brickworks Shopping Centre. Rombe Rooftop Restaurant (and wedding venue!) is absolutely beautiful. It has farmhouse vibes, filled with lovely natural light and has amazing views of the Dandenong Ranges.

The menu is full of modern Australian flavours with an all day breakfast feast and lunch options to match. You might go the eggs or kick over to the sweet flavours and order the Tiramisu French Toast! Kids aren’t forgotten either, with their own menu featuring toasties, penne pasta or everyone’s favourite, the pancakes.

Although the main menu is delicious … the sweets … are to die for! These bite-sized beauties are all made in-house and have some of the most incredible delicate flavours and colours. The Yuzu and Lavender is just amazing!

Dining here is a casual affair, but if the kids need to stretch their legs and be kids for a little while, there are outdoor dining options, a rooftop garden to explore (responsibly) and even a hopscotch game in the back!
