This has to be one of the busiest lunch spots in the east. You are there at a very lucky time of day if there ISN’T a line out the door. But let Mamma tell you - it’s for a very good reason.

Piccolo Panini Bar is awesome. The menu is short but the flavours are incredible. Serving size is generous and the banter happening behind the bar itself, is non stop!

Mamma digs the Mortadella with stracciatella, pistachios and honey, but has her eye on the Cotoletta for the next visit. The bread is just the perfect balance of crispy outside and soft inside, making every single bite pure magic.

There isn’t a kids menu here, but you could easily split the order in half as there are plenty to share. Otherwise, let the kids order a bucket of chips or stick with the sweets. Pistachio spread filled doughnuts… yes please!
