Feel like traveling back in time a little. To the days when you saved all your pocket money to grab a milkshake or ice cream from the actual milk bar? Well you can do this PLUS enjoy a beautiful meal at Fordham’s Milkbar.
This classic suburban milk bar is tucked in opposite the Hartwell Train Station in the cutest set of shops in Camberwell. It is a double fronted cafe with indoor and outdoor options under the huge market umbrellas. The menu is full of tasty brunch and lunch options. Go your classic avo on toast or mix it up and have a pumpkin bruschetta!
You won’t find a dedicated kids menu, but there are plenty of smaller options in display cabinets or we can always share a bowl of chips with the little ones and maybe a bit of bacon from Mamma’s meal too! Mamma spies delectable muffins, sweet treats and amazing toasties. We also have a feeling the kids might want to work their way through the milkshake menu!
The latest edition to the Milkbar collection is Fordam’s Icecream. After you have finished your brunch, head to the shop front next door and choose from a range of delicious house made ice cream. So sweet!
