cafe brontos, boronia
/Mamma always has an eye out for a cafe that suits the kids. One that has heaps of space to bring in a pram (or 4!), has a kids menu with more than two options and is open for breakfast and lunch. Brontos hits the mark.
Cafe Brontos is as family friendly as it comes, and it is the Flintstone themed! You’ll spot menu items named after your favourite Fred, Wilma and don’t forget Bam Bam. There’s even a cut-out Fred and Barney that you have to get a photo with. PLUS the TV on the wall will show the old classic cartoon. Kids might need a quick history lesson on the 1960s classic to get up to date on the references but that is part of the fun.
Food here is delicious. There are heaps of options including breakfast plates, sandwiches, burgers and even pizzas. The kids have almost just as many options and Mamma was super impressed to see a big breakfast on there! Mamma is is a fan of the fritters and the kids waffles look just as good.
You’ll find Brontos on Boronia Road which can be tricky, but there is plenty of parking behind at the library car park.
