This tiny little bar is what dreams are made of! As you take a seat at the bar you will be faced with an incredible sight. An entire wall featuring every flavour of cordial from the famous Billson’s Brewery. We are talking every colour of the rainbow and 30 plus flavours to choose from.
Once you have spied the flavour of your dreams - Mamma’s pick is Lime and Coconut - you now need to make another decision. Are you having this as a soda, a cordial, a milkshake or a SPIDER!
There are no prizes for guessing what the kids want - an eight legged drink it is! On our visit we all tried (and yes we suggest you share when there are just so many flavours on offer) a Rainbow Sherbet, the incredible Turkish Delight and the refreshing Mint Julep. You’ll also get to enjoy the fun bit of agitating the ice cream and watching the bubbles foam up!
The service here is full of charm and sophistication. We love the gold sign writing on the windows, the high back chairs at the bar - it’s just like being served at an old school cocktail bar… speaking of cocktails … there is a hidden bar right behind that cold room door (and it is so secret that it’s just for the adults and a password is required to enter!).
