There are four essential ingredients to make a great brew - hops, yeast, grains and water. Which is ironic because there are four key factors that make Bright Brewery an awesome spot for lunch or an early dinner when traveling through town.
First, the food. Serving all day long you can't go wrong. Second, the location. Right by the river, over looking the playground and splash park, you don't get a better spot in Bright. The back deck and paddock look over all the playspaces too, so with bigger kids - you can let them have a little more freedom to play.
Third comes the laid back vibes and comfy chill out zone - this is a perfect match. There was a fourth ... let me think ... oh yes - Beer! Made from the fresh mountain water of the alpine region, this is some of the best in the business!
